Very private large clean furnished room available May 1st. Looking to rent to someone quiet and responsible, you must be working and/or going to school. The room is right off the entry in a 3 level 1640 sq ft 3 bedroom townhouse with 2.5 baths, a deck, patio, wireless internet, and off street parking out front. Utilities included. You must be tidy as this is shared accommodation, therefore shared cleaning, no exceptions. The kitchen is an excellent size and fully equipped. House is centrally located (half a block from the hospital) on a bus route and is walking distance to groceries, gym, and all the necessities. DD and refs required.
